• All user data is encrypted and stored securely in Google Firestore.
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.
• The only data visible to site administrators is your email address. No other personal data is accessible to us.
• We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law or for essential service operation (e.g. Firebase/Firestore infrastructure).

Session cookies are used solely for secure authentication. They are never used for tracking or advertising purposes. Cookies also store your theme preference (light/dark mode) locally on your device — this data never leaves your browser.

You can export, back up, or permanently delete your data at any time from the User Settings page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
